Work Hours: 22:00 – 07:00 hrs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the hotel’s night operations during the shift.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls from guests and assist with inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms and public areas are in order.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and any other requested assistance.
- Assist with guest needs and facilitate a smooth and comfortable experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English with smooth and clear communication.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred but not required.
